I've lived and worked in Javea for over 20 years. I started in property maintenance, spent years getting to know every contractor, every supplier and every quirk of how homes on this coast behave — the summer heat, the levante winds, the autumn rains. Along the way I trained as a commercial pilot, which taught me something I've never forgotten: that the difference between things going right and things going wrong almost always comes down to a checklist followed properly, every single time. Empecé en el mantenimiento de propiedades y fui conociendo a cada profesional, cada proveedor y cada particularidad de cómo se comportan las casas en esta costa — el calor del verano, el viento levante, las lluvias de otoño. Con el tiempo me formé como piloto comercial, lo que me enseñó algo que nunca he olvidado: que la diferencia entre que las cosas salgan bien o mal casi siempre se reduce a seguir una lista de comprobación correctamente, cada vez. Esa disciplina es el corazón de cómo trabaja Levano.Ich lebe und arbeite seit über 20 Jahren in Javea.
